Independent Quality Assurance & AQL Pre-Shipment Inspection
The Pre-Shipment Inspection (PSI / Final Random Inspection) helps verify product quality before goods leave the factory. Where AQL sampling is required, inspections can be conducted using an agreed sampling plan such as agreed AQL sampling / ISO 2859-1. Inspection criteria depend on the purchase order, approved sample, product specifications, buyer requirements, and applicable standards.
When to use: Book a PSI as soon as the factory confirms finished packaging and prior to releasing final balance payments according to your agreed commercial terms.

Critical, Major, and Minor defect classification according to the agreed inspection standard
Digital moisture meter testing on solid wood against agreed tolerances and stone porosity checks
Barcode scanning, shipping marks, hangtags, inner polybags, and retail packaging
Carton drop test (ISTA 1A/2A) and cross-hatch paint/lacquer adhesion testing where required by the product or agreed inspection scope
