A Rajasthan-based sourcing agent helps international buyers find verified manufacturers and suppliers in Rajasthan and North India. We identify genuine factories, negotiate prices, manage samples, follow up on production, inspect quality, and supervise container loading β acting as your eyes and ears on the ground throughout the entire procurement process. Unlike a desk-based agent, we physically visit factories and inspect products in person.
We physically visit every supplier before recommending them. Our verification includes factory visits, production capacity assessment, legal and financial background checks, and past client references. For quality, we offer pre-production, during-production, and pre-shipment inspections β checking materials, workmanship, dimensions, finishing and packing against your specifications. Every inspection comes with a detailed photo report. Unlike third-party agencies that check 10-15% of an order, we inspect a significantly higher percentage.
Absolutely. We work with businesses of all sizes β from first-time importers placing small trial orders to established companies with regular container shipments. For small businesses and e-commerce sellers, we offer additional support including product labelling, packaging solutions, free product photography and dropshipping services. We believe in long-term relationships, not minimum order values. Many of our largest clients today started with a single small order.
Yes. Price negotiation is a core part of our sourcing service. We leverage our volume and relationships with manufacturers to get you the best possible price. We always encourage you to compare our quotes with others β if a supplier offers a lower price for the same specification, we'll tell you. Our goal is to get you the right product at the right price, not to inflate costs.
Yes, and we strongly recommend it. We coordinate sample requests with suppliers, check the samples ourselves before they're sent to you, and help you evaluate quality, dimensions, finishing and packaging. Sample costs are typically borne by the buyer, but many suppliers will refund sample costs against your first bulk order. We help you negotiate this.
It depends on the product and complexity. For standard products from our existing supplier network, we can provide initial quotes and samples within 1-2 weeks. For custom or OEM products, the process from enquiry to first sample can take 3-6 weeks. Production itself typically runs 2-8 weeks depending on order size and product type. We provide a clear timeline at the start of every project.
This is exactly why you need a local sourcing agent. We physically visit every factory before recommending it. We verifyθ₯δΈζ§η § (business licenses), check production equipment, assess workforce, and confirm they are genuine manufacturers β not trading companies or middlemen posing as factories. We've seen countless cases of buyers being scammed by suppliers they found online. Our physical verification eliminates this risk entirely.
Yes. We work with manufacturers who offer OEM and private label services across furniture, home dΓ©cor, textiles and more. We help you with product development, sample coordination, packaging design, labelling, and quality control throughout the manufacturing process. Whether you want your brand on existing products or need entirely custom designs, we can source the right manufacturer.
We offer three main types of inspections: Pre-Production Inspection (PPI) β checks raw materials and initial setup before production begins. During Production Inspection (DPI) β checks work-in-progress at 20-60% production completion. Pre-Shipment Inspection (PSI) β the most common, checks finished goods before packing and loading. We also offer Container Loading Supervision (CLS) to verify quantities and loading at the port.
During a pre-shipment inspection, we check: Quantity β verifying the ordered quantity is correct. Appearance β visual inspection for defects, colour consistency, and finishing quality. Dimensions β measuring against your specifications. Functionality β testing moving parts, mechanisms, and usability. Packing β checking inner and outer packaging, labelling, and markings. Materials β verifying correct materials are used. Every inspection comes with a detailed photo report.
We follow internationally accepted AQL (Acceptable Quality Limit) standards, typically AQL 2.5 for major defects and AQL 4.0 for minor defects. However, we inspect a significantly higher percentage than standard AQL requires β often 20-30% of the order rather than the typical 10-15%. We believe your shipment deserves thorough checking, not just box-ticking.
Our factory audit is a comprehensive full-day assessment that covers: Production capacity β machinery, workforce, shift patterns, and output capability. Quality systems β QC processes, defect rates, testing equipment. Facility condition β cleanliness, organization, safety measures. Legal compliance β business licenses, certifications, environmental compliance. Social compliance β working conditions, worker welfare. You receive a detailed scored report with photos, findings, and recommendations.
Yes. Every inspection and factory visit comes with comprehensive photo and video documentation. We photograph products, defects, measurements, packaging, factory facilities, and the loading process. This documentation is compiled into a detailed report that you can share with your team, use for dispute resolution, or keep for your records. We typically provide 50-200+ photos per inspection.
Container loading inspection means we are physically present at the factory or port when your container is being loaded. We verify: correct quantities being loaded, proper packing and protection, safe stacking and securing, container condition (clean, dry, undamaged), and we document the container seal number with photos. This is your final safeguard β ensuring what you paid for is actually what goes into the container.
If we find defects, we categorize them by severity (critical, major, minor) and provide you with a detailed report including photos. You then decide: Accept β if defects are minor and within acceptable limits. Request repairs β we supervise the repair/replacement process. Reject β we help you negotiate with the supplier for replacement or refund. We never let substandard products ship without your explicit approval.
Our pricing depends on the scope of work. For product sourcing, our service is typically free β we earn through supplier-side commissions, and you get the same or better price than approaching the supplier directly. For quality inspections and factory audits, we charge per inspection based on product complexity, quantity, and location. We're transparent about all costs β no hidden fees. Contact us with your requirements and we'll give you a clear, written quote within one business day.
No. We believe in complete transparency. Our sourcing fees (if any) are disclosed upfront. We don't inflate product prices β in fact, we encourage you to compare our quotes with others. If a supplier offers a lower price for the same specification, we'll tell you. For inspections, we provide a clear fee schedule before starting work. The only additional costs might be travel expenses for remote factory locations, which we always confirm in advance.
We accept bank transfers (T/T), PayPal, and other common international payment methods. For inspection services, we typically require 50% advance and 50% upon report delivery. For sourcing projects, payment terms are agreed upon at the start. All payments are documented with proper invoices. We can also advise on the safest payment terms for your supplier transactions β such as using Letter of Credit (LC) for larger orders.
In most cases, yes. We have established relationships with manufacturers and buy in volume across multiple clients, which gives us leverage for better pricing. We also know the true market rates for products in this region, so you won't be overcharged. Even after any commission or sourcing fee, our clients typically save 10-20% compared to approaching suppliers independently β plus they get the added value of quality verification.
Minimum order quantities depend on the supplier and product, not on us. Some manufacturers have MOQs as low as 50-100 pieces, while others require 500+. We help you find suppliers whose MOQs match your needs. For first-time buyers, we can often negotiate lower MOQs for initial trial orders. We specialise in working with small businesses β there's no minimum on our side.
It depends on the shipping method and destination. Sea freight typically takes 4-6 weeks to Europe, 5-7 weeks to the Americas, and 2-4 weeks within Asia. Air freight takes 5-10 days depending on the route. Express courier (DHL, FedEx, UPS) takes 3-7 days. We help you choose the best method based on your timeline, budget, and shipment size. For small orders, air freight or courier may be more economical. For full containers, sea freight is the way to go.
We can advise on HS codes, approximate duty rates, and required documentation for your country. However, customs clearance is typically handled by your freight forwarder or customs broker in the destination country. We ensure all export documentation from India is correct β commercial invoice, packing list, bill of lading, certificate of origin, and any product-specific certifications. We can recommend experienced freight forwarders if needed.
Yes. We offer consolidation services from our Jodhpur warehouse. If you're ordering from multiple suppliers across Rajasthan, we can receive all goods at our facility, inspect them together, consolidate into fewer containers, and arrange shipping. This saves you significant money on freight and reduces the risk of damage from multiple separate shipments.
We ensure all standard export documents are correctly prepared: Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Bill of Lading (sea) or Airway Bill (air), Certificate of Origin, and any product-specific certificates (phytosanitary, fumigation, quality certificates). We also provide our own inspection report as supporting documentation. All documents are prepared accurately to avoid customs delays.
We strongly recommend it. Marine cargo insurance covers your goods against loss or damage during transit. The cost is typically 0.3-1% of the CIF value. We can help arrange insurance through reputable providers. Given the value of most shipments, the small premium is well worth the peace of mind. We also ensure proper packing and loading to minimize transit risks.
Yes. Most countries require wooden products to be treated and certified per ISPM 15 standards. This typically involves heat treatment or methyl bromide fumigation, followed by an official stamp/mark on the wood. We ensure all wooden furniture, handicrafts and stone products packed in wooden crates comply with your country's import requirements. We also arrange the necessary phytosanitary certificates.
Our dropshipping service works like this: 1) You choose products from our catalog or request custom sourcing. 2) We negotiate the best price with verified suppliers. 3) When you receive an order, we source, quality-check, pack, and ship directly to your customer. 4) We handle custom packaging, labelling with your brand, and professional product photography. You never need to hold inventory β we handle everything from Jodhpur.
For international dropshipping, delivery typically takes 7-21 days depending on the destination country and shipping method. We use reliable international couriers (DHL, FedEx, UPS) for faster delivery. For domestic Indian orders, delivery takes 3-7 days. We provide tracking information for every order. For e-commerce sellers targeting specific markets, we can recommend the fastest and most cost-effective shipping routes.
Yes. We offer complete branding services for dropshipping: custom branded packaging, your logo on boxes and labels, branded thank-you cards, custom tissue paper, and branded stickers. We can also include product care instructions and your business information. Minimum quantities for custom packaging are typically low β we work with local printers and packaging suppliers in Jodhpur.
We have a strict quality check before every shipment, which significantly reduces return rates. If a product arrives damaged, we work with you on a resolution β either replacement or refund. For bulk orders, we can arrange a small buffer stock of replacements. We also provide detailed product photos and descriptions so your customers know exactly what they're ordering.
Yes. We work with sellers on Amazon, Etsy, Shopify, eBay and other platforms. For Amazon FBA, we can ship directly to Amazon's fulfillment centers with correct FBA labelling and prep. India produces exceptional quality products β many of the world's leading brands source from Indian manufacturers. The key is finding the right supplier and having proper quality control in place. That's where we come in. We know which factories produce export-quality goods and which ones don't. Our inspection process ensures consistent quality across every shipment. India's craft traditions are centuries old β the skill and artistry are unmatched.
Yes. We work with manufacturers who specialise in custom and OEM production. Whether you have designs, drawings, or just an idea, we can help source the right manufacturer, coordinate sample development, manage the production process, and ensure quality. This is particularly popular for furniture, home dΓ©cor, and architectural products where buyers want unique designs for their market.
It depends on the product and supplier. Many of our manufacturers hold ISO 9001 (quality management), ISO 14001 (environmental), SEDEX/SMETA (ethical trade), and BSCI certifications. For organic products, we can source GOTS-certified textiles and organic-certified spices. We verify all certifications and can provide copies during the supplier verification process. If specific certifications are required for your market, we'll find suppliers who meet those standards.
We take ethical sourcing seriously. We verify that our partner factories provide fair wages, safe working conditions, and comply with local labor laws. Many products from Rajasthan are handmade using traditional techniques with natural materials β inherently sustainable. For wooden products, we can source FSC-certified timber. We also work with artisans and small workshops that preserve traditional crafts and provide livelihoods to rural communities.
