Clear information before you commit
A pre-shipment inspection gives you a final opportunity to correct problems while the goods are still at the supplier. We inspect a representative sample or the full quantity where requested, record defects with photographs and explain whether the shipment is ready, needs correction or should be held.
Book a PSI when production is substantially complete and before final payment or dispatch. It is particularly useful for furniture, stone, handicrafts, private-label goods and mixed-container orders where small errors can become costly after shipment.
